Privacy Notice

What we hold: your name and profile photo; contact details (email, phone); a hashed password; your work and employment history on the Platform; documents you upload, such as a CDL, insurance, Bills of Lading, proofs of delivery and signatures; payroll, expense and payment records; location, mileage and device data; and technical logs of how the Platform is used.

Why we hold it: to run the Platform and the freight it coordinates, to keep accounts secure, to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping duties (including transportation and tax rules), and, with your consent, to send you product news.

Who we share it with: the carrier, dispatcher and customer workspaces involved in your work; the service providers that host the Platform and deliver our email, text messages, maps, routing and payments on our behalf; professional advisers; and public authorities when the law compels us.

How long: for as long as your account is open, plus the period the law requires us to keep freight, safety and payroll records. Write to contact@carrierbeyond.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Deletion cannot reach records a carrier is legally required to keep, or documents that are part of a completed shipment.

Location, telematics and vehicle data

When you are on duty, the Platform records where the truck is: position, speed, heading, ignition state, odometer readings and the miles driven, taken from the mobile app and from any GPS or ELD device linked to your equipment.

We use it to show trip progress and ETAs, to separate loaded miles from dead miles, to detect arrival at a stop, to build the documents a load needs, and to calculate mileage-based pay. The carrier whose workspace the work belongs to can see it. We do not sell it to advertisers or freight brokers.

You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time. Dispatch, tracking and mileage pay stop working correctly when you do, and your carrier will see the gap.

This website

This website, carrierbeyond.com, does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies today, so there is nothing to accept when you visit. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

The WhatsApp and app store buttons take you to WhatsApp, the App Store and Google Play. Their own privacy policies apply from there.

If we add analytics later, this section will say so first, and a notice will ask for your consent before any cookie is set.
